We purchased our townhome in May and could not be more pleased with our choice. Our home is energy efficient. Our utility bills are much lower than anticipated. The home designs and craftsmanship are noteworthy. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and friendly. Builder included finishes are higher end than any other new townhomes we viewed. We have lived in our Townhome on Vine for four months now, and couldn't be more pleased. It's a sweet little community with lovely neighbors and easy access to town. The homes are so well built and comfortable that we only used our AC minimally this summer. Construction and finishes are high quality. The window placement offers so much natural light, and we love our mountain views! We purchased our home and moved from out of state during the pandemic, during which process Morgan was incredibly patient and helpful.
I started looking for a home in Fort Collins 12 months ago, when I came across Townhomes On Vine. I found that the homes they offered were a perfect fit and the price point was fantastic. I closed on my townhome 2 months ago and the quality of construction and finishes are excellent. Everyone that I worked with at the builder's office was great. I couldn't be more satisfied with not only the house itself, but the beautiful community that surrounds it. These townhomes are a tremendous value and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I really like that I can very quickly drive to old town Fort Collins or easily get on I-25 for a commute.
My mother-in-law purchased a Town home on Vine and absolutely loves it. Everyone associated with the business has been truly wonderful and very helpful. Morgan was very patient with all of our questions, and gave great advice. Cery and team designed and built a ADA home for my mother-in-law that was top rate and met all of her needs. The job site was extremely clean and all subcontractors were very courteous. I highly recommend Town homes on Vine to anyone looking for a wonderful home.
I've been a resident/owner at Townhomes on Vine for nearly a year now (I was one of the first). It has been a wonderful experience and I love my new home. The construction is excellent, the service terrific, the floor plans are livable with a great selection of finishes.Our neighborhood is safe and friendly and the adjacent new park (2021) is going to be great. PLUS, the private green space is taking shape now.If you hurry, you might be able to get a home with a Mountain View! No, I don't work for the builder - I just am a happy, satisfied owner.
