So far the home buying process with Landmark has been very welcoming and efficient which I totally appreciate. I am loving my new townhome (moved in 10 days ago) and have found everything to be as promised. The ladies in the sales and design center (Felicia and Mallory) were very helpful and pleasant. I was kept informed about the construction timeline with emails and pictures updating me on progress (Thanks Felicia!). The inspection and warranty firm they use (ProHome) were very helpful pointing out things I didn't even see during the walk-thru and the construction management guys got right on correcting every little thing that was red-tagged. The independent inspector that I contracted with even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of the construction! The owner of the company even popped into my closing to say hello and welcome. I would highly recommend Landmark Homes for building a high quality product.
We purchased the condo several months prior to the closing and were able to choose our own finishings. We've been very pleased with the outcome. Angela has quickly responded to our questions. Jacob has also been very helpful. We like the neighborhood and its proximity to Old Town.

Amazing experience buying my first home with Landmark. Every person working for Landmark that was involved in this process was accessible, extremely responsive, supportive, and genuinely empathetic with any stressors that came up during the process. Buying my first home all on my own started out feeling like an intimidating and almost unmanageable process, and everyone at Landmark made it feel so possible and smooth!
