Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, organized and beyond fair. The job sites were always safe, communication was clear, and there were rarely any delays. This is a group that truly has their act together and I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.Thank you guys for the great times and great experience!
Rusty and his crew did an outstanding job on a very difficult home renovation. They transformed my worn out 1950's home into a beautiful refreshed Costal home. The level of detail was unlike any you will find in Fort Lauderdale. I would not use any other contractor and neither would my neighbors. After they saw his work, he is renovating and building new homes all over the neighborhood.
After the job was completed, I found out that a lot of the insulation in our attic was never put back down and was found by an inspector piled up in portions of the attic. Pure laziness, and careless, unprofessional work by his crews! Zero oversight by rusty! This is extremely disappointing and now we know why our cooling bills are higher than needed! Would not recommend this company…. Period!

They are a highly qualified, honest, quality general contractor, with great employees and sub-contractors. Our estimate was completely detailed down to every penny, including profit, so there was no mystery about price. They’ve been around a long time, and have sub contractors with great experience. No day workers here.The centerpiece of our experience was Jim Carnicella, the fabulous sub-contractor assigned to us, who’s been with Holly Hill 20 years. We would never want to work with anyone else! Jim met with us every morning to establish each day’s plan, and was here constantly to meet with every sub. He was a true advocate for us, whether with permits or any other issue that arose. I’ve truly never seen such an excellent supervisor. He was on top of everything, and always cheerfully and immediately responsive to my texts or calls.Also impressive is that at the beginning of each projects, Jim pre-scheduled his subs for the weeks to follow, and gave me that list so I could follow along with what comes next. This relieved any unnecessary anxiety. And they actually stuck with their timelines.Jim was very respectful, and did not make me feel embarrassed if I didn’t know or understand construction terminology or processes. He and his team are “family men”; wholesome, dedicated professionals. No curse-words or obnoxious behavior. Everybody’s work was of superior quality and they even cleaned up for themselves. We admired them all.We can’t wait to work with them again.
