We closed on our Argo home as scheduled. Izabella, Alex, and Racier has been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and helpful when issues arise within the scope of our warranty. We are grateful for the services that they have offered thus far. My husband and I love our home.
The house was overall built nicely, however small details were not completed until AFTER closing, this builder does not caulk the floors. They only caulked the noticeably big gap in the first image. A nick was left in one of the closets, there is also a big chip in the cabinet that was left unfixed as it got blocked by the stove and the paint job was terribly done. It looks like they put tape too high when painting. The realtor Izabella was very rude to my realtor and team during the entire process, she also had said the counter tops had been done and my realtor went and confirmed they had in fact not been done. It did not seem like she or someone from the company actually went to check on the progress of the house. Communication was poor and she apologized for her tone on the last day. This was an extremely stressful home buying process with delayed closing of 20 days.
