He always returned phone calls immediately if he didn't pick up on my first try. The finished product is amazing. We have gotten so many compliments on our new home. There are so many builders in Florida that we could have chosen, but when we met Joseph Falzone and saw the design of the Casa Dei Sogni Grande we knew that this was the home for us. SWFL Dream Homes was the Number 1 choice without a question. The layout is streamlined, open and well planned out for easy flow. The Lanai is an extension of the living area with a wide door opening. Exactly what we were looking for. Joseph Falzone, is dedicated to his craft as a home builder and as a person who cares about the needs of the his clients. He helped us throughout the building process. He responded within minutes to all of our questions and requests. We found this to be a unique attribute. As a client this all we could have asked for. Upon calling numerous builders in the Cape Coral area, Joseph Falzone with SW Florida Dream Home was the first to return my call. He spent many hours with my husband and I answering questions. We were looking for communication, responsiveness, and quality; Joseph Falzone with SW Florida Dream Homes was all of this and so much more. We have a Spectacular custom built home on an irregular lot and with Joseph's suggestions we capsized on the beautiful views of 4 intersecting canals.
If you are considering a new build, I would highly recommend giving SW Florida Dream Homes a call. They DO NOT disappoint!!!!
