Carriage Place Homes did a phenomenal job with the remodel of our basement. They were the original builder of the home we just purchased, so we decided to use them for the unfinished basement remodel. Carriage Place Homes built our home in 2019. This was the 1st time we built a home and our experience couldn't have been better!! We looked at building with 4 other builders and made the final decision to go with Carriage Place. The 2 biggest reasons, first we fell in love with the floor plan that Carriage Place offered and second was the owner Jeff Godfrey. From the 1st phone call and meeting with Jeff we felt comfortable with him. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants and was honest with us regarding what could and couldn't been done to keep us within our budget. Jeff wasn't pushy nor did he ever try to up sell us on anything. We did have a few minor problems through out our build. Each time we'd reach out to Jeff, he would resolve the issue as quickly as he could. The thing that stood out the most for us is that Jeff was honest and never once told us what we wanted to hear. He told us what he could do and provided us with reasonable expectations. Jeff worked really hard to get us into our home by the date we needed, in fact we got in a week early and he saved us a whole other months rent!! Our home is built with quality products and the workmanship of his subcontractors are way above the standards we saw in the other 4 builders we looked at. Three years in and we are still loving our home.
