Building a home can feel overwhelming, but they made everything easy and guided us every step of the way.

Nathan’s incredible attention to detail made our home nothing short of perfect. They took pride in their work and it showed in every aspect of the build. Our new home is absolutely beautiful, and the quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I decided to move to Fort Wayne with a very quick invite from our family inviting us to join them. Not knowing area we decided on Granite Ridge per my Grandson’s

Dylan Amiot was our Project Manager, and he was truly outstanding. He was extremely attentive to detail, always easy to get in contact with, and made any changes or hiccups during the build feel seamless. Dylan consistently updated Buildertrend daily—even when we had already discussed items in person, he still uploaded photos and provided a written overview of what was covered. His organization, responsiveness, and dedication gave us complete confidence throughout the build. We could not have asked for a better project manager.

Jenny Nelson was our Design Coordinator and was equally fantastic to work with. She was very quick to respond to emails and worked closely with us as we made bathroom design changes and other adjustments along the way. She was professional, efficient, and solution-oriented. When we ran into a backsplash issue, Jenny immediately presented alternative tile options so we could make a decision quickly and stay on schedule.

Tony Doepker was our New Home Specialist and the reason we initially chose Granite Ridge. He is extremely personable and helped us select a floor plan that fit both our needs and our budget. Because we were building after a house fire, Tony was especially patient and helpful with the payment process. He worked with us to ensure the payment schedule aligned with insurance payouts so we were never overwhelmed or stressed.

While there were a few minor hiccups during the build, nothing was major, and the Granite Ridge team addressed everything promptly and professionally. We are incredibly happy to be settled into our new home just in time for the holidays.

We recently partnered with Granite Ridge Builders on the construction of phase 1 of our new home build, and we cannot express how delighted we are with the entire experience.

Our first interaction with Granite Ridge Builders occurred at their Monaco show home in Huntertown where we met Tony Doepker, a New Home Consultant. Tony’s professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients truly stood out from day one and became our reason for having Granite Ridge build our home. We brought our self-made house plans to his team and they improved and perfected our vision making it impossible for us to not choose them to build our legacy home. Tony’s in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the home-building process made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. He was incredibly attentive and responsive to our wants and needs, taking the time to understand our preferences and guiding us towards decisions that fit our vision perfectly. Tony’s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth building process was and continues to be greatly appreciated.

Granite Ridge also provided us with our own Project Manager during the home build. From the very first meeting, Mike Chiles displayed a level of professionalism and dedication that immediately put us at ease. His extensive knowledge of the building process and keen attention to detail made all the difference as we navigated through the various stages of design and construction. Throughout the project, communication was seamless. Mike kept us informed at every step, ensuring we understood what to expect and when. Additionally, he provided us with daily updates and pictures of our home as it was being constructed. Mike’s responsiveness to our questions and concerns throughout the build instilled a sense of trust and collaboration that made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

To say we are happy with this phase of our new home is an understatement. In reality, it is a carriage house (a fancy garage with a 1-bedroom living quarters above) for us to live in during the construction of our larger home, but the craftsmanship of it is nothing short of exceptional. Every detail reflects quality and care, which speaks volumes about Tony, Mike and the entire Granite Ridge Builders team.

Working with Granite Ridge Builders and their team has been an amazing experience and we are incredibly grateful for their expertise and commitment to making our vision a reality.
