My husband and I decided to move to Fort Wayne with a very quick invite from our family inviting us to join them. Not knowing area we decided on Granite Ridge per my Grandson’sRecommendation. We are very happy we made that decision. Absolutely excellent experience all the way through the process. Started with Kate Yanko from Granite Ridge. She understood our situation being retired and downsizing. There was never a time when we could not reach her for advice. The home is perfect for us. The construction of the home is really great. Landscaping was perfect. Love the design and fixtures as well as flooring. His organization, responsiveness, and dedication gave us complete confidence throughout the build. She was very quick to respond to emails and worked closely with us as we made bathroom design changes and other adjustments along the way. She was professional, efficient, and solution-oriented. When we ran into a backsplash issue, Jenny immediately presented alternative tile options so we could make a decision quickly and stay on schedule.Tony Doepker was our New Home Specialist and the reason we initially chose Granite Ridge. He is extremely personable and helped us select a floor plan that fit both our needs and our budget. Because we were building after a house fire, Tony was especially patient and helpful with the payment process. He worked with us to ensure the payment schedule aligned with insurance payouts so we were never overwhelmed or stressed.While there were a few minor hiccups during the build, nothing was major, and the Granite Ridge team addressed everything promptly and professionally. We recently partnered with Granite Ridge Builders on the construction of phase 1 of our new home build, and we cannot express how delighted we are with the entire experience.Our first interaction with Granite Ridge Builders occurred at their Monaco show home in Huntertown where we met Tony Doepker, a New Home Consultant. Tony’s professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients truly stood out from day one and became our reason for having Granite Ridge build our home. We brought our self-made house plans to his team and they improved and perfected our vision making it impossible for us to not choose them to build our legacy home. Tony’s in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the home-building process made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. He was incredibly attentive and responsive to our wants and needs, taking the time to understand our preferences and guiding us towards decisions that fit our vision perfectly. Tony’s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth building process was and continues to be greatly appreciated.Granite Ridge also provided us with our own Project Manager during the home build. From the very first meeting, Mike Chiles displayed a level of professionalism and dedication that immediately put us at ease. In reality, it is a carriage house (a fancy garage with a 1-bedroom living quarters above) for us to live in during the construction of our larger home, but the craftsmanship of it is nothing short of exceptional.
