Thank you MBN for leading us to our forever home. On a beautiful Sunday, in the summer of 2024, we were searching for an open house, only to find out that it was the day before on Saturday. As we were leaving the addition we seen an MBN truck pull up to an open house. We viewed the house and liked many of its features, but was not the design we were looking for. As we started to leave it started to downpour and that lasted for the next hour. We were stuck in the house and quickly started talking with Cole. Cole was the first impression of MBN and he sold us within the first five minutes of talking to us. We called it fate. Travis was our project manager and was always available day or night. After a significant house fire at the beginning of 2024 we were able to hire MBN for the remodel of our home. We couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with them. After having to gut our entire house due to a fire, we turned to MBN Properties to do the repairs. We know a few of the employees from church and were thrilled they took on the task of remodeling our home. It just feels good when you know you can trust who is doing such a big overhaul for you! MBN always went above and beyond in communication and making sure all of our needs and wants were met. The designers made the design process so easy and helped when we had questions or needed a visual. The Buildertrend App is also super helpful in reviewing your choices, the progress on the house and communicating with any employee needed.I can also say that the sub-contractors were all friendly and did exceptional work. Our experience with MBN Properties was excellent. As a first time home builder I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but they walked us through each step and were always more than happy to answer any questions. From purchasing the property to the final details each person we worked with was wonderful. David was our project manager and every time something came up that I wasn’t 100% about he was already working on it. I would absolutely recommend them and would work with them again.
MBN was our first choice when we decided to build a home for their quality and design. They created a custom floor plan for us to fit what our family needed. The entire process can be overwhelming, but they were very helpful and patient as we went through all the design details and the planning process. Once construction began, we really appreciated the app they use that kept us updated on all the details (big and small) of what was currently being done. We would highly recommend building with their team. They were very helpful, and we absolutely love our new home.
