Absolute pleasure working with Windsor on our new home build! We love our new house and are so happy with the work they did for us. From the very beginning Windsor was extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling us for preliminary meetings. They explained the building process thoroughly at every step and kept us in the loop as they hunted down info for us if we had questions. The house came together so quickly! We could not believe how fast they built it! We lived about 2 hours away so we couldn't see the house every day and they took extra steps to post progress pictures for us which was so nice. Overal 10/10 would recommend Windsor! :)
We had an awesome experience with Windsor homes and their entire staff!I have to admit, we were unsure how the process would go, especially since we had just met with a different builder and went an entire month, without hearing from them. Once that happened, we were on the hunt to find a new builder that could make our vision come to life. Windsor homes did exactly that. From our initial meeting with Cory, we knew that we were going to be well taken care of and we were.Our home was completed in the middle of October, 2020 and we couldn't be more happy or proud to have had our home built by Windsor. From Rob Wacker, personally walking thru our house, complimenting our choices, to Pat Davis and Feely making sure that it was EXACTLY as we wanted it during the walk thru. I was super impressed with their attention to detail and their overall willingness to make sure we were happy.We have lived in our home a little over a month now and couldn't be happier with the end result. We of course thought we would find a few things here and there that would annoy us, but Windsor assured us, ,if that would happen, they would make it right. So far, not so good...but absolutely fantastic.Thank you to Cory and the entire Windsor team, we cannot tell you how much we appreciate you and all of your hard work! It’s difficult for me as we are picking things out piece by piece to see the bigger picture, however, Marla knew through her experience exactly the style of things I wanted to help make my house beautiful. I can not express enough how much you will value her experience and knowledge. She was always available, especially when I would have a change of mind she was so patient and kind. God blessed me to have Marla as a guide in this building process and I so appreciate all of her help and work. Jason was my Project Manager who helped me to understand the different stages of the building process. He was very helpful in making sure I understood what was going on and that things were on schedule. He was amazing when I wanted to make last minute changes and providing me with pertinent information. He is very detailed and has everything running smoothly on his projects. It was very reassuring when I noticed changes I wanted to make and told Jason I knew he would get on it right away. I appreciated that so much. Jessica was always available to answer what I thought was a question I should know. She was so nice and didn’t make me feel like any of my questions weren’t important. She was always cheerful and so very helpful. Dennis is the handyman you wish you had in your family. I bet he can fix anything and he is the kindness man. So many great people work for this company.Quality Products - Everything from the instillation to the carpet, cabinets, counters and even the thermostat that can be controlled from your phone are top quality. I would search the products online and they all fall within the top 3 of recommended products.Quality Vendors - Everyone had a genuine interest in making my dream home come true. All the vendors were very knowledgeable in their respected areas and when I wanted something “outside of the box” they were all able to accommodate my style which I greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a professional company who values quality and not quantity then you will want Windsor to build your dream home. I thank God that He lead me to Windsor, to a quality home builder that helped to truly make my dream home come true from beginning to end, with Windsor I am well pleased.
We built with Windsor, and it was a wonderful experience. They were willing to work with us, to add some custom touches and they turned out great. We'd highly recommend working with Windsor, if you're looking to build a home.
This was our first home for my wife and I. We dove in headfirst and decided to build, which is not exactly normal for a first-time buyer. However, we couldn’t have made a better decision than to build with Windsor. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The team at Windsor is outstanding. We have heard some horror stories with other builders and other companies, but we didn’t deal with anything close to that with these guys. I care so much about customer service and how we are treated by people and to be completely transparent, this is a five-star team over at Windsor. Cory Setser was the one we dealt with primarily on a daily basis and we were very lucky. Cory made the experience so smooth and allowed for us to be completely comfortable throughout the process. We never felt like we were asking a dumb question and he was always so patient with us and so incredibly responsive. Cory is someone I could now consider a friend, simply from how great he was. Both Pat Feely and Pat Davis were terrific as well. They were on top of any issues or any changes that needed to be made. They got them done quickly, got them done right and were very forthcoming with anything they thought we wouldn’t like or anything they thought we may want changed. Nobody is perfect in anything. Our beautiful dream home is incredible. However, surely it isn’t flawless. Nobody should expect that. Is anything in life truly perfect? No. It checks off every box imaginable for us, but of course there is some human error involved and there are going to be minor things you notice when knitpicking. The fact of the matter is if you go in to the process of building or buying a home and you expect every single thing to be flawless and there not to be even the most minor imperfections, you’re being unreasonable and not understanding that homes are built by hand and not machines. With that mentality you probably won’t have fun doing this. These guys truly did their best to make it as flawless as possible and for that I’m grateful. If you can relax and have fun with the process like we did, Windsor is absolutely the business to use. You will deal with some of the most caring, patient and friendly people and I guarantee that you will enjoy the process. So, yeah, would I recommend Windsor? 100%.
