McBee Homes

I cannot recommend McBee Homes enough! After a terrible initial experience with the owner of Sorrells—who was shockingly arrogant—the professionalism at McBee was a breath of fresh air. The quality of our home is top-notch. Seeing the ongoing issues and complaints my neighbors have with their Sorrells custom homes makes me even more grateful that we took our business to McBee. If you want a stress-free build and a quality home, go with McBee!

We love our new home and the Willow Vista community so much. The location is close to everything. Terri Orsburn was great to work with since we were moving from Florida to Texas to be close to our grandkids. She was so kind to keep us posted on a home that came available just at the time we needed it. We fell in love with it right on the spot! After touring other New homes built by D.R. Horton, Lennar, and a few more, the quality workmanship didn't compare. McBee Homes are top notch and they provide great service as well. Thank you.

I am an agent with Keller Williams and my clients recently purchased a home with McBee in Saginaw at Willow Vista. They build a beautiful home and the finish is top notch! Both the on site agent, Terri Orsburn and the builder Barry provided exceptional service and were quick to respond to questions and concerns. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

My husband and I purchased a McBee Home a few months ago. Our experience was fantastic! Terri Orsburn is the most professional, accommodating, personable and kind lady you would ever want to deal with! She always responded to our calls and messages in a very prompt and timely manner, and did everything she could to accommodate our needs. She is a wonderful asset to McBee Homes! Barry is conscientious, polite and also accommodating! The two of them make a great team! Our McBee home is just beautiful! We checked other new homes in the Saginaw area and none had the upgrades and quality these homes have. The minute you walk in to one of their homes you get an instant feeling of warmth and personality and a taste of quality! Before you purchase a new home make sure you look at a McBee home.

Building with McBee Homes was such a great experience! From the moment we walked into the model home and met the amazing Terri Orsburn, then meeting Barry, our builder, and then working with their designer, Laurie, who was so helpful and easy to work with when making all the design decisions; each step throughout the entire process working with this team until the day we picked up the keys to our new home was awesome! Everyone is so knowledgeable in their area of expertise! Terri was so friendly every time we called or visited often working after hours to obtain answers to our questions. Barry is such a knowledgeable builder, friendly and down to earth giving you a full explanation to our questions of the building process. We elected to take out the master bathtub and create a huge master walk-in shower complete with a bench and corner seat and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! They made this change of the original home plans seem effortless! We have been in our new home for one month and the quality workmanship within the home can’t be matched by other builders in the area! We were provided great recommendations on who could assist us with our loan and even the local company we closed with added to what had already been such a positive experience! If you are considering building your own home or prefer to choose a spec home, McBee Homes at Willow Vista Estates is the #1 choice with beautiful homes and great neighbors with the added bonus of being located just across the street from the Willow Creek Park. This is the builder and team to work with! This is the place to be! You will absolutely love it!!!
