High energy efficiency was the primary goal for my new home, Green Logic Builders met that goal, plus provided a beautiful contemporary home from the modern glass and tile walk-in shower/wet room, to the compact yet free flowing kitchen, to the hand crafted white oak wood finishes.As a retired HVAC engineer/contractor, I had very high expectations for the energy performance of this dwelling.This house attained the highest rating for the Mass Save Residential Construction Program, resulting in a cash rebate. This was due to Dana and Brett's knowledge of Building Science and their uncompromising attention to detail.This project was not without it's challenges, working through the covid pandemic and resulting supply chain issues, tested Dana and Brett's procurement abilities while managing costs in an inflationary economy.Their knowledge, management skills, and personable style results in a high recommendation.
