As an agent at Gray Fox Realty I sold two DeFatta Custom Homes (DCH) in 2019 and I can attest that this builder is involved in the sales process and he makes the clients feel at ease in making such a large buying decision. The floor plans that they have are desirable and they are willing to take the clients ideas and go to the architect and make the house fit for the client. I represent a lot of clients building new homes so I know the processes of many local builders and not all are equal. DeFatta Custom Homes does keep the client involved and the process is smooth and the walk through meetings with the client are meaningful and they respect the clients opinion and desires. This likely won’t be the last DCH home that I sell.
