I have been working with HVH for the past year on designing and building a custom home. I get comments all the time from people assuming this process is difficult or stressful, and I always reply to them: not with Hidden Valley! They have been absolutely sensational. They fielded all my big ideas with open minds and also tenured recommendations. They have been attentive to details of both construction quality and aesthetics and it is so reassuring to know that they had my back the whole way. I could not be happier with the stunning home we created together! Lauren has been phenomenal throughout the process with day to day management, showing genuine care that goes above and beyond (bless her for fielding my zillions of comms) and George has been so kind, collaborative, and patient with me as I at times stumbled through this process. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
We had a brick issue after 6 years. George with HVH came out and had the issue resolved within weeks. It’s nice to see people do the right thing and take care of their customers. Well done
We bought a luxury home from Hidden Valley Homes and it has been one issue after the next. The latest issue is that we have a huge deck that wasn’t properly sealed - so it leaked, held water and part of the ceiling underneath came down. They don’t see a problem with the leaking. Come to find out that they only actually seal 1/4 of the deck properly. …They just seal the edge. They also use the cheapest building material and just make things look and sound great. - Lawyers in the Nashville area find it pointless to go after builders, so we are left holding the bag. The best I can do is warn other potential buyers and manage the repairs myself.
