Signature is an outstanding builder staffed with wonderful, customer service focused employees. At every turn, they have gone above and beyond. Also amazing his how management has empowered employees to take care of their customers. Truly and amazing example of customer service. It is no wonder that they have waiting lists to buy their homes, something that is unheard of in today's real estate market. Special shout out to Hannah and Adrian for all of their help

Building with Signature Homes was our first building experience. In my line of work, I have the opportunity to hear buyer experiences with a variety of builders, so my expectations were not super high to begin with, but what I’ve discovered is that there are builders who don’t know how to manage their own process…and then there is Signature Homes who has team members dedicated to the process and buyer experience. Our build began in the fall of 2021, and by then they had mostly figured out supply chain issues while other builders were delayed months and still blaming it on Covid. If there was an issue, we heard about it quickly and it was resolved quickly. Communication with us was timely. Our home was done in right around six months. In today’s market of builder options, I’m not sure you could ask for more. Overall, our experience has been a great one, including following closing and having any warranty issues addressed. We had a great experience building with Signature Homes. From the time we met Erica Edelinski at the model home to the day we got our keys the experience was top notch. Sure there were bumps along the road with Covid and supply chain delays, but we were kept informed and felt they truly cared. Each time there was an obstacle, our builder had a game plan and we never felt left in the dark. This is not the first home we have built so we knew to expect the unexpected and so did Signature.Would highly recommend.
The house was built on time. We had good communication with the Signature team throughout the process. But I wish we were given more information about the options and upgrades at the beginning and during the meeting with the designers. There were some issues in the process but Signature Homes team responded quickly and fixed everything. We love our house and would definitely recommend to build with Signature Homes!
