Our realtor Tiffany highly recommended America’s Home Place, as they built her home, and we now understand why! We had our initial meeting with Howard and Bethany this past weekend and were absolutely blown away. What we expected to be a quick hour-long visit turned into an incredible four-hour experience. Howard graciously stayed two hours after the store had closed to walk us through the different models and patiently answer all of our questions. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, warmth, and genuine care made the process fun and informative. We couldn’t be more impressed and are excited for the journey ahead!
We just finished building our custom home with America's Home Place and I can't say enough good things about our experience. These folks really know how to take care of their customers!Right from the start, Howard Brown made us feel so welcome. He wasn't just trying to make a sale - he genuinely cared about what we wanted and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. It really did feel like we were working with family instead of just another builder.I'll be honest, we were nervous about the whole process, especially staying on schedule. But America's Home Place actually did what they said they'd do! They hit every deadline they promised, which was such a relief.Our project manager Jason was incredible. Seriously, this guy went above and beyond. He kept us in the loop on everything and made sure we were part of every decision along the way. The thing that really impressed us was his eye for detail - he caught and fixed things we didn't even notice. You can tell he really cares about getting things right.One more thing - the standard finishes and flooring they include are amazing. We looked at a bunch of other builders first, and what America's Home Place gives you as standard would be considered upgrades pretty much anywhere else. The quality is just on another level.If you're thinking about building, do yourself a favor and talk to America's Home Place. They do what they say, the quality is top-notch, and they actually treat you like a real person. We're so happy with our new home!
We cannot say thank you enough about how comfortable we feel to have had America's Home Place build our final dream home. We checked out numerous builders but due to the limited access to our property ONLY AHP could help. We were always impressed with the quality of their services from design to finish. There were a few issues during the construction process but they were always so compassionate and determined to make it right. We started ground breaking with America’s Home Place April 2, 2025 and today, just over 4 months, we settled and are heading to our brand new custom forever home with the keys!!!! They have been the best builders/team ever!! We do not have one single complaint. If any concerns may have arose they settled it immediately and without any hassle. We began our search after meeting with other builders in November 2024 with Cousin Howard. He explained everything with such detail and left no question unanswered. We went through their 7 step process quickly as you can see. The boss man, Greg, who was behind the scenes after our first few meetings-we shook hands today with the most thanks we could give him and he said he was very proud!! He has a very cohesive, hard working team. We caught him peeking in this window behind us as we were snapping a picture before we left with “our” keys. From Cousin Howard to Dale to Greg to May Kay, and then our newest best friend/family member-Dominic who was always a text or call away and addressed every single thing brought up if it wasn’t him bringing it up to us first. We love these guys and cannot say enough great things about America’s Home Place Fredericksburg, VA’s team that built our forever home. This wasn’t our first home building experience but it was by far the absolute 100% BEST!!! Thank you Thank you and Thank you. And our dog, Willow, thanks you all too.
This review has taken us too long to complete! We had our home built by America’s home place about 2 years ago. They were incredible to work with!! We had a lot going on and they were always patient and friendly even though we called them so often. They truly went above and beyond to build us a home we adore. We are so grateful to AHP and I recommend them to anyone who is even slightly interested in building a home.
