Built our house 4 years ago during crazy covid times. Got a great price, house and lot in a time where builders could have take advantage of market. Jeremiah and Dan were great at answering questions and being responsive as first time buyers. Jeremiah still answers my emails and calls regarding items. Every-time I had someone give a quote for basement finishing, always mention the great quality of products and build. Very reassuring we made the right choice.

Corelot homes built our home about 3 years ago. Everything about the process was simple and we still love our home. Jeremiah and his team were very professional and responsive. My wife and I recently decided to purchase our forever home. After tirelessly looking at a multitude of homes, we discovered one from CORELOT Homes. From the moment I pulled into the driveway I felt this was it. You could just tell that a lot of thought went into everything we saw. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully laid out amongst the trees and other landscape. When we toured the house it was immediately apparent that it followed the same attention to detail - quality workmanship and thoughtful design! As far as a company, everyone at CORELOT are all extremely helpful and very easy to reach. Jeremiah, the builder, is always willing to help and truly cares about his customers. He takes pride in what he does and it shows. After being here a couple months, I feel even more confident that we made the right decision. Honestly, the only thing I regret is that we weren't able to purchase this house sooner.
