John Robb Custom Homes was very accommodating with the modifications that we wanted in our home. Robbie Brown and I tracked and monitored the build process, and all questions and concerns were addressed. Robbie Brown is the nicest guy I know, and he goes out of the way to make things right. It's going on three years since our build, and I only know of two nail pops and no other defects. If you want a quality-built home, John Robb Custom Homes is your builder.

After hearing positive feedback about John Robb Custom Homes and meeting with Robbie Brown the President,my wife and I chose John Robb Custom Homes to build our new custom house.
The quality of the materials and craftsmanship that went into the construction was a step above the standard.
The sub-flooring was waterproof,all studs were 16”on center,rounded corners on all drywall,9’ceilings throughout,exterior maintenance free siding,Trex decking floor and PVC deck railings. The list goes on.
We have been in our home for a year and 8 months and have no problems, concerns or complaints.
We Highly recommend John Robb Custom Homes to build your home.

Choosing John Robb Custom Homes was a great decision! We knew we wanted to partner with a small to mid sized local builder who would be here long term and with an owner who is truly invested in the quality of every home they build. We had to design our home from scratch because of our specific lot requirements and Robbie graciously handled all of our concerns, changes and requests. A new home build is always challenging but John Robb helped make the process much more pleasant than anticipated. We love our home and are happy to recommend John Robb Custom Homes!
