Republic Home Builders was excellent to work with from start to finish. Owner Dan was professional and straightforward when coming out to our property. Scottie, the project manager, kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the processes stayed on top of everything - getting our home completed weeks before our original move in date (BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT). Huge thanks to the office staff Michelle, Logan, and Sheila for being responsive and helpful from start to finish, and to Jimmy, Scottie’s assistant, for all of his hard work. The project was completed weeks earlier than expected, communication was great, and the entire team was efficient and easy to work with. Thank you Republic home builders for such a wonderful experience.

Republic built our new home in Caroline county. We are VERY pleased with it. We got to see the entire built process from start to finish. Their craftsmen do a fantastic job.
We had never built a custom home before. Their staff assisted every step of the way. From helping us buy the property through selecting the floor plan and picking all the colors and finishes. We love it so much that our daughter and son-in-law have selected Republic to build their home. It's gorgeous too.

First, before I start, if you are looking to build your home and considering Republic, I promise you have found your builder.

From our first interaction and design with Michelle, our logistics during the build with Sheila, and our open interaction with Scotty as he oversaw the construction, building our home at each step was refreshing, stress-free, and easy, yes, easy.

Republic's floor plans are practical and reasonably priced, with access to talented Architects to adjust or rework the floor plan. There are tons of options if you choose to upgrade, but there is also great value in the base designs. You are not pressured to pursue any additional costly change and are guided through the process with support and understanding of what you are looking for.

Republic has fair prices, reliable build schedules, and support local and larger banks for your lender needs.

In the end, once you have keys in hand, the support and communication are no different, with access to Jimmy, the resources needed, and excellent warranties to keep peace of mind.

If I had to give any constructive feedback, I would suggest additional water filtration options for property owners dealing with a well during the build process.

My wife and I were looking to build a custom home and after consulting with several builders, we decided on Republic Home Builders. We were really impressed with the quality of materials and the layout of their houses. Michelle went above and beyond with her customer service and it was the best experience we had out of any of the builders we spoke to. We ultimately found a home for sale that had everything we wanted but when we decide to build our dream home we will definitely come back to Republic Home Builders.
