Great homes and excellent staff
Great mini homes…and great workers that come to house and do the work…the only real bad experience we had was the company northrup homes use to do the lawn did an extrordinary bad job…always a flood in our yard…city workers did their part up to sidewalk…built up nice and high…they looked at ours and said it was way too low….no wonder our yard is a swamp..
I called this manufacturer 3 times and left my name and phone number just to ask questions about this modular home. I bought this as the 2nd owner (this house is only 15 years old) and they can't even take 10 minutes to talk to me. That's great business.
I'd give Maple Leaf five stars if they were able to communicate directly to me rather than thru a horrible dealer. The house seems fine is lovely and well designed but the dealer was horrible. Connections to the radiators at one year are turning green and not connected well. Had to replace one connection so far the radiator was leaking into basement. I wonder what else I will discover as time passes. Otherwise so far very nice home.
Needed two floors replaced before moving in. Holes in the underside of kitchen cupboards. Mold growing in master bedroom closet. Steps installed dangerously. Floor plan not followed. Everthing was fixed but I shouldn't have had these issues to begin with. A complaint was filed with roral planning to get steps corrected per code. Pressure tank installed under mini home when asked for it to be installed in a bedroom closet, I was told it had to be installed under there. Now when the power goes off, I need to crawl under there to lift the safety switch to turn water back on.
