Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the experience of dealing with Oakhill Homes. Their subcontractors were polite and efficient at getting the work done. Yes, there were a few minor issues, but within 2 weeks of moving in, they were all addressed to our satisfaction. They walked us through the house and explained all the essentials. Jim Middleton, our salesman, and Troy, the maintenance man, were both very easy to deal with. Based on our experience, which was 3 years from first talking to them and deciding to sell our home, until we moved into our new home, I would recommend them without hesitation.

House cost over $500.00 to heat ! No one repairs anything. I have doors the failed on the walk through inspection that are still not repaired I was hoping that because the homes are built in the factory they would be perfect. Far from it. Just a sample of the not sealed outside water and electrical outlets
