You always hear the scary stories about the home buying process but the individuals I worked with Abbey the sales person and Leigh the GC made sure none of the scary stuff happened. Fantastic Builder!! The townhome quality is awesome and the price is affordable as well! The community Sales manager CA is very professional and helpful! He for sure the best sale guy I have ever met! And the project manager Leigh is very professional and helpful as well. Both of them respond super fast, and help me to solve problems right now.UPDATE after moving to the unit! I just moved in to the unit that I bought. There are tons of problem of the building, first the door was not sealed well, and the AC stop working. When the wether get colder, the heater is not working. After fixing the heater, the shower has no hot water… I’m going crazy right here. Apparently most of the problem was showing on the inspection report, but the project manager told you he took care of everything, which is a LIE!!! Definitely would not purchase any there home… has tons of problem. If time can go backwards, I would definitely go with other builder. Avoid this one 100%
Cambridge homes is one of the best builders in Texas. I love their finishing and the quality. Christy, the sales manager is the best she is very helpful. I had to cancel buying the house due to my financial situation but definitely I will be back with them to get my dream home when I am ready.Thank you guys for the perfect experience.

I recently built and closed on my first ever home out in Park Place in November 2021 and the whole experience was great! Christy in the sales office is an absolute sweetheart that will do everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. My construction manager was Brandon. He keeps a tight build schedule (from concrete to finish was 5 months! Which is tough considering the current environment with supply chain issues) and lets you know of anything and everything that is going on with the construction of your home. The team is readily available and accessible for open communication which is key! You don't have to track them down unlike in other homebuilder's communities. My house has gotten nothing but compliments from family, friends even people just scoping out the neighborhood! I highly recommend Cambridge Homes to everyone I can.
