Estates at Rockhill by Shaddock Homes

From the very beginning, I feel truly fortunate to have worked with Alan as our sales manager. I hadn't originally planned to consider a Shaddock home—I was visiting Frisco from New Jersey to explore options with other builders. But a quick stop to look at one of their spec homes led me to Alan, and that conversation changed everything.

Alan stood out immediately for how genuine and client-focused he was. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a house—he took the time to understand what my family really needed. That initial impression carried through the entire process. He was proactive, thoughtful, and always solutions-oriented, helping us navigate decisions and challenges with honesty and creativity. He knew when to step in directly and when to involve others, and every time I had a concern or a question, he responded with clarity and care.

I can say without hesitation that Alan made a major difference in our homebuying journey. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family—because even if they don’t end up buying, having someone like Alan in their corner will only make the process easier.

I also want to recognize Greg, our construction manager, who was great to work with as well. Towards the end of construction, I had several cosmetic concerns (I’ll admit I was picky!), but Greg made sure everything was addressed. Even after closing, he followed up and ensured that all remaining items were resolved to our satisfaction. That kind of post-close support really matters and speaks to his commitment to quality.

Overall, I had a very positive experience—thanks in large part to Alan and Greg’s dedication and professionalism.

We are enjoying our beautiful Shaddock home and have such a wonderful roster of folks to thank. Alan Wolff & Kathleen in Sales who were communicative, gracious and kind as we moved through the process, Henry Mattson who was our stellar construction Manager (he's so passionate about Shaddock!) and to this day as homeowners, John Jay (JJ) on the Warranty Team has been incredibly patient, responsive and solution-oriented when we've come to him with issues. He continues to go above and beyond. We have just now started working with Kyler in Warranty and he is already showing signs of being cut from the same cloth. So thankful Shaddock lives by their promise of quality homes, quality people and quality warranty and service!

We first met Kathleen who explained everything we asked her in a very well manner and has been a very kind person overall. Kathleen introduced Alan Wolff who is a sales manager at Estates at Rockhill. We are very impressed with the service Alan has provided us. He responds to any request almost immediately every time. They have met our expectations in the things we requested. We (me, my wife, and my kids) had the best personal experience with Alan and is the reason we decided to go with signing the contract. Jay Hankla (General Manager) and Kristin Denney (Design Studio) have also been very helpful whenever needed. Although the construction has not started yet, we are confident that Shaddock will do an amazing job in constructing our home(with good quality of course:)). I would highly recommend Shaddock homes as a home builder to anyone.
