We love our new home built by America's Home Place! We went thru many changes to get our floor plan like we wanted and the staff at AHP was always helpful and patient with us. Their building materials and craftsmanship were top notch. They kept in close contact during the build and even accommodated some last minute changes! We are 100% satisfied with AHP and highly recommend them!
The team at AR Homes is amazing! Worked with them recently as a vendor for one of their open houses and I truly was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. The open house was a huge hit and the Bloom Bar really brought a special touch to a beautiful spring event!
We are engaged with ARHomes in a project to construct a new house, starting with their facilitation of land acquisition. They offered numerous floor plan and exterior designs from which to select. These pre-drawn designs are merely starting points, suggesting the look and functionality that appeals to the client. From there these plans can be heavily modified by the client for both the interior spaces and the exterior configuration. Our progress so far has been to modify the floorplan that had most appeal to us, alter the exterior construction, and to arrive at construction drawings for the complete structure. Further work in additional subject areas will be addressed in future reviews. The ARHomes local operation is highly organized. It functions largely in teams. We started working with the Marketing Team, which supported us through land acquisition, the process of narrowing down the style we desired, and helped us achieve the design modifications appropriate for our requirements. We have begun interacting with the team that creates the "look" through colors, fixtures, appliances, kitchen configuration, exterior and interior veneers, etc. We have begun intensive discussions with the Construction Team regarding drawings and structural details. I have found the staff to be accessible, open, skilled, and confident. My assessment of their approach is that they strive to bring their knowledge to the client in a systematic and controlled way. Clearly, one of their goals is to keep the Project moving ahead. Something I greatly appreciate.
We have had a great experience with AR thus far in our home building process! Brenda was warm and welcoming and able to answer all of our questions during the initial meetings. She was prompt and very detailed. Kourtney, Hunter, and Michael have been great as we have walked through the home building process. They’ve managed expectations very well in the crazy season of COVID and have been very professional. We are thrilled to be moving into our dream home in a few months!
