This is the best serious builder in the Gainesville Newberry Alachua communities. Tommy and his team are professionals and perfectionists. They build custom beautiful residences while adhering to their lofty personal and professional goals of doing their best for customers without compromise. If you're looking for a builder that can give you the maximum amount of square footage for the least amount of money, Tommy is not your guy. He won't cut corners. If you're looking for somebody who has a tremendous pride in the quality of their work, a builder of integrity who seeks perfection standing behind the integrity and sustainability of his work, Tommy is it. I have worked with a number of builders previously, and nobody has stepped up to the level that Tommy has. He delves into every detail and when there's a question, he researches numerous options to come out with the best solution for his customers. When he builds a home for you, he is completely focused on the best outcome and does not stop until he realizes that objective. Tommy Waters Custom homes is a dying breed - I don't believe there's another builder like this. He is a perfectionist, focusing on his work product more than his profitability. What a professional!!

Tommy is a pleasure to work with - a rare professional with the highest level of skill, integrity and honesty. He led a team of subcontractors and tradesmen, working with us from the very beginning of our design phase to a very smooth completion of our residence. He created a beautiful home, on budget and in time. This is almost unheard of in today's environment where builders come up with endless reasons for delays and overages. He and his team have such pride in their work, always seeking the best solution for their customers. His attention to detail and his accounting for everything was immaculate. He's the best of the best, in our opinion. You just can't go wrong with someone who's skilled, transparent and honest.
