Over the last 7 years we have spent thousands of dollars in this store buying interior and exterior doors, flooring and bathtubs. I went on 10/6/2025 to purchase a new front door for my own house. I spent $1800 on a door with sidelights. When my contractor came to install it we discovered the door had been gouged (was hidden by the cardboard). We decided to go ahead and hang the frame and door and would get a replacement door later. Once our contractor got the frame ready to install we discovered that the frame was cracked all the way through from where they had installed a screw for the carrying handles. We took the door and frame back to Builders Surplus hoping to get a replacement unit. The gave me the impression that they would give me a replacement but when they saw we had taken the door out of the frame (we had ALTERED the unit). I told them that it wasn't right and the Manager (Veronica) said she had no way of knowing if it was damaged as we had altered the unit. I will not be doing business with this company anymore and don't recommended anybody else.

We had a great experience at Builders Surplus!they created a design for our kitchen and help us with the tile. One gentleman helped us go through each set of tile to look for the correct style.
Such a huge selection and they have the best prices. The team members, especially Ron,are very nice and also eager to help. Gonna recommend to all the folks in my neighborhood that are currently remodeling(like me)
