ValleyBrooke is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful location with the convenience to 635, 30, and 80. This is my first new home purchase in many years so I was nervous. I was waiting for the switch bait. However, this was probably the most seamless transaction I have ever had buying a home. From the initial encounter with Michele, then Aaron with M/I Financial to Jonathan's thoughtful follow up I felt secure. I have a lot more I could say, but overall these folks were a blessing at an unsure time for me. I want to also give props to Michele, she is probably one of the hardest workers I have seen in years.
