Reviews

What customers say

Earlier reviews praise helpful, patient guidance. One customer described a very difficult building experience, citing interference with chosen contractors, requests to pay more for mistakes, and unclear invoices for amounts above what had been agreed.

Customer Reviews

Fiona KD

As someone who is in process of building a Maison Cote House, i can tell you that it is the worst experience of my life. Alexandre recommended, insisted on me using two contractors who turned out to be extremely difficult, interefered with my chosen contractors, kept making "genuine mistakes" and asking me to pay more for their mistakes, sending obscure invoices for amounts well over what we agreed and refusing to explain what the invoices are for.

We are so happy with our experience at Côté Prefabricated Homes! Alexandre was incredibly professional and took the time to meet with us several times to answer all our questions. He patiently guided us through our decision. We are thrilled to finally realize our dream of owning a cottage on the waterfront! A huge thank you to Alexandre and the entire team for your warm welcome and your commitment to supporting us in this wonderful project! Nathalie and Kevin
