Working with her is a masterclass in how this business should be done.
My husband and I just recently purchased our beautiful home in the community of Coventry Homes. Convenient to the shopping areas and great schools. We are in love with our community. Our neighbors were so kind and friendly coming over to greet us while we were moving in. The kids have made best friends already! Our real estate professional Jordan Ramey, she was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, professional and knew the business. Jordan helped us out a lot from getting the paperwork, correcting anything that needed to be done in the home before closing. Thank you so much Jordan for helping us get our forever home. John and I love you come by anytime!
Coventry builders are utterly disrespectful of the surrounding community. The subdivision is right behind our apartment complex and their crew blares excessively loud music daily while working. The music starts well before 8am and goes through the early evening, keeping us from living peacefully in our home; it sounds like a party right outside our window.I visited their sales office to raise our concerns in early September and the sales person, Amanda, provided contact information for her superior but was entirely dismissive of the concern with the volume issue. She stated the crew was entitled to play music within a certain time frame, without taking into account that it’s inconsiderate and harassing people who live nearby.Amanda quickly became combative and stated she couldn’t help us if we “threatened her”; after we told her we would take every measure possible to make sure we could have peace at home including, speaking with other neighbors and contacting the city.I reached out to the person in charge of construction, Trevor, who let us know he would address the music with all crews. While he was initially apologetic, we never heard back from him and the music has continued.I cannot imagine trying to get help from these people, or company, as a homeowner in one of their properties.
