Two models home available to view. They are the last two of four levels available. Prices range are pretty much starting at 600k for 2300 sq ft and it goes to over 3k sq ft.It is all single levels so it's very nice open plans.Sales rep there are friendly and not pushy. I own a Khov going on almost two years now nearby and haven't had issues yet.I will also agree with the previous reviewers correction. It's a great area with a lot of shop development and more coming. It's going to be a busy area but it's gated inside smaller roads so that will be nice.
