It is all single levels so it's very nice open plans.

Sales rep there are friendly and not pushy. I own a Khov going on almost two years now nearby and haven't had issues yet.

I will also agree with the previous reviewers correction. It's a great area with a lot of shop development and more coming. It's going to be a busy area but it's gated inside smaller roads so that will be nice.
