We were impressed with the quality of the William Ryan Holmes but we were equally impressed with the quality of the customer service we received from Mrs. Thompson. Mrs Thompson actually listened as we explained what we were looking for in a new home. She was patient, kind and extremely honest. She took the time to walk the models with us and explained the options and features in great detail. Mrs. Thompson was knowledgeable and professional. William Ryan Homes have it all! Starting with Jill Our Sales Rep- was friendly, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, great communication and overall awesome! We truly had the best experience with her. She was “on top” of everything! Sergio- our on site construction manager was incredible as well. The home was built with great quality, it has great custom optional features, and was built in an incredible timeline!!!! Right on time!
