Today my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Jill Thompson at William Ryan homes. We were impressed with the quality of the William Ryan Holmes but we were equally impressed with the quality of the customer service we received from Mrs. Thompson. Mrs Thompson actually listened as we explained what we were looking for in a new home. She was patient, kind and extremely honest. She took the time to walk the models with us and explained the options and features in great detail. Mrs. Thompson was knowledgeable and professional. How refreshing to find a professional realtor that checks all the boxes.

We have built, bought, and sold numerous homes both separately and together for decades and we both agree that our experience with Jill Thompson with Harmony at Montecito in Estrella by William Ryan Homes has been our best experience ever. From the day we met her, Jill has been the most professional, best communicator, most accessible, honest, trustworthy, and simply a joy to work with throughout our buying process. The fact is, I was convinced our next home was going to be in the Sterling Grove community by Toll Brothers but Jill singlehandedly changed my mind.

Therefore, if you are in the market for a new home, before you make a decision, I highly recommend you stop by Harmony at Montecito in Estrella and visit with Jill because I am certain you won't regret it. Jill Our Sales Rep- was friendly, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, great communication and overall awesome! We truly had the best experience with her. She was “on top” of everything! Sergio- our on site construction manager was incredible as well. The home was built with great quality, it has great custom optional features, and was built in an incredible timeline!!!! Right on time!

We LOVE our home and the community and we are Very Pleased with our overall experience from Sales to Construction! I would highly recommend this builder!

Jill was amazing! We love our home and can't say enough about how wonderful Jill was to work with from across the country! Her attention to detail was above no other. She made us feel comfortable in making this huge decision. She was kind and caring. She would send us photos on the progress of our home every week since we were in the Midwest. She has checked in on us since we moved in and if we had any concerns, she would contact us immediately! I can't say enough about this wonderful lady!
