Great experience with Joel. We happened to arrive just after posted closing time. The sign on the door still showed as open. He allowed us to view the model and escorted us over to the swc I nd model. Then, Joel drove us to three additional homes in the neighborhood. Amazing customer service.
This builder has zero respect for this neighborhood and the families that already live here. Every single day for weeks now we’ve had to pick up their trash out of our yard because they leave massive piles of garbage unsecured at their build sites, which then get blown around the entire neighborhood. Avoid Grand Homes.
I’m sitting in my car typing this before I leave. Came in with limited time with my son to view one of their models. It was locked so I went next door to ask if they could open it. Some arrogant young salesman comes out names Joseph and told me “it’s locked.” I told him I was aware and asked him to unlock it please. He proceeds to say “don’t you want to view this one?” I told him no and that I’ve already viewed it. His tone and demeanor gave off “you don’t belong here vibes.” I’m a government employee with a substantial income. I didn’t come dressed up because I’m enjoying my day off. That shouldn’t matter. The most disturbing part was as he walked next door to unlock the house, my son said hello to him and he didn’t even acknowledge him. Joseph is unprofessional, arrogant, and judgmental. Grand, if you want to sell homes in this economy you better treat everyone who walks through the door like a million dollar sale. I just walked out.
One of the best new construction experiences for my clients and me. Shout out to the teams at Prairie Ridge and South Point.Thank You for ALL you do for our clients!
We Love Grand Homes in the Praire Ridge community. The sales consultant Mr Dedrick is such a gentleman who really takes great care in listening to us and truly understanding our needs. He is also very detailed in the breakdown of the process. Unfortunately, in our case, no incentive was given to us on our purchase. This was the only piece I wish could have been better in the process. Although, we also understand its a sellers market at the time of this write-up. Highland Homes which was a great contender during our pick offered attractive incentives. Having said that, we look forward to our home been built and we will also be delighted in the event Grand Homes reconsiders giving us some type of incentive.
