The outside was filthy and I had to clean the inside, as it was not the cleanest, especially the floors. I did have a few things wrong that they did fix to my satisfaction.

I also was told that I would have no outside maintenance unless I wanted to add extra landscaping.. That was not true. As it turned out, I. was supposed to do my own weeding, which I was not there the whole summer to do. I was very upset about that. I built it because I wanted no outside maintenance, as that was not my primary residence. . That is why I wanted a condo.

From the design meetings to the final details and walk-through. Everything went smoothly. We love our new home and would recommend building with Eastbrook to anyone! As a matter of fact, we did!
