So happy with our brand new Heartland Builders home. They said 6 moths and they meant it. Broke ground last July 2024 and we moved in January 25. The quality of the build is amazing from foundation to fixtures and everything in between. Using Buildertrend made communication, selections, and additions/subtractions easy to manage and follow. Cindy, Josh, Jen, Michael, and their whole team really came through for us. It's our "forever" home and we couldn't be happier. We would HIGHLY recommend Heartland Builders to any one looking for a home builder in west Michigan. They have awesome designs to choose from and you can customize to your liking as we did. 8/27/25 Still so happy with our Heartland home. We chose the Bryant Heat pump HVAC system and love it. We have the only home in the development without a propane tank (pig) in our yard. We are all electric with a well and septic system. We have one utility bill! Winter or summer our average Electric bill is mid $200's!! Well insulated but still has amazing big windows front and back for natural light. Still and always, we highly recommend Heartland Builders!

1/16/26 1-year in and we still LOVE our home!! Heartland addressed any minor issues that arose over the last year and we couldn't be happier! FOREVER HOME!!

We were able to ask questions and get quick follow up through the entire process. They also kept to their timeline and addressed any concerns quickly and to our satisfaction, even post move in. Heartland is a top notch, honest and conscientious builder with a qualified and hardworking staff. We highly recommend them!

My wife and I began working with Heartland Builders recently to design our future home. Unfortunately, however, circumstances arose that resulted in us no longer pursuing the lot of land we were considering. Cindy and Heartland Builders were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding of our situation, and while we won't be moving forward at this time, we will choose Heartland Builders once we're ready. I highly recommend them as they are very easy to work with, guiding you throughout the steps necessary to get from A to Z, and flexible when life throws you a curveball.
