Grande West Builders made our dream home come to life! We worked with them in 2019 to complete our custom infill build. The whole team is amazing, so personable and professional. They walked us through every aspect of the build making the whole process so smooth. They were there to help guide our design choices but also gave us space and freedom to explore our own creativity. They were always available to answer any questions we had through the build process, from the drafting stage to what color to paint the ceiling. I built my home with Grande West back in 2015. Andrew and Justin were so knowledgeable and helpful! This was my first experience buying a home (and building one on top of that), and they made that experience as easy and seamless as I could have ever imagined it being. Sabrina helped me with so many aspects in the interior design and choosing fixtures/lighting.I still live in this home and have had no issues with it since moving in! I'm still just as in love with it as I was the day they turned over the keys.If you are considering building in the GP area I highly recommend meeting with Grande West Builders!
Grande West is probably the best home builder in town! We had them design a custom home for us and it was completed on schedule and on budget. They included all of our wants into the design while advising from experience what options were practical or not. All of our expectations were met or exceeded, and the experience of working with them was relaxed and enjoyable throughout the build! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build in the area - I don't think you could find anyone better.
