I had a very disappointing experience with this builder. Their team displayed an unprofeasional attitude and consistently made unrealistic promises regarding possession date.

They were not transparent about the actual progress of the project, and possession was significantly delayed.

Even after handover, the deficiencies covered under warranty have not been addressed, despite multiple email follow-ups.

I would not recommend this builder based on my experience.

Built a home with them in 2017, was built on time and to my plans and the communication was good, and all my questions were answered. after 8 years there is still no real issues or defects with my home, just regular maintenance and upkeep items. after sales service isn't really good, used covid as an excuse to never finish a few warranty related things and a few defects in workmanship, not a big deal, but just don't expect after sales service on warranty items.

have a “studio family” because we both own Studio houses and my little sister is now talking

the options in Grande Prairie. I really wanted something that that looks more like a home than a
cash cow (which was all I had seen), a family friend referred me to Studio Homes, they had built
their family home with them. of their unique builds and luxurious finishing touches. I was really
pleased with the up/down I had purchased, it’s a home I would live in. I’m very happy with my
purchase.
