My Unique built home was done in 2014 so fairly new. I would never buy another one. Shoddy workmanship throughout.

Leaky Roof, water running into the attic like crazy. Cheap 3 tab shingles used and installed incorrectly.

My master bathroom, walk in shower had been leaking water into the wood floor and floor joists for a very long time. Had to tear out the shower floor and get it redone which cost thousands. The contractors who came in to look at it, said the pan was installed wrong and the drain system used was inadequate, and not even properly glued together. Also used sand grout when epoxy grout should have been used.

Drywall seams and tape visible everywhere you look.

Yard turns into a lake every spring because there's no drainage built in. Have to spend hundreds every year on pumps to get the water out. Fence and grass destroyed due to the water.

Deck is falling apart.

Insufficient amounts of insulation in the attics

and who knows what else I'll find wrong. I only bought the place a year ago.

Would never even look at another house built by these guys.

My husband and I just built our custom home with Unique. It’s been nothing but an amazing experience from the very start. It was our first time building a home and we had very specific visions and details in mind. Working with Kelly to design our home, she made it so easy for us and enjoyable! She was there day and night for any questions, always communicating back and forth to make sure we are all on the same page and took my crazy ideas and turned them into reality. Jaime was amazing to work with and always had our best interest at heart and great advice, also always a phone call away if we needed anything. The whole Unique team has made this experience enjoyable and exciting for our family from sitting down with Chris and Kelly and planning our home to walking through stages of it in the process.
