My experience with Dynamite Builders has been exceptional from the beginning. Joe provided drawings for my cabin that assisted with the permitting process, made multiple modifications and provided great advice along the way as this has been a first for us. He assisted where he could with providing subcontractors and/or referrals based on his experiences, which is very important. The plumber specifically commented how great Joe's communication was with him, and how much easier his life would be if all contractors communicated in this manner as it makes his process so much easier. The cabin was completed in record time in early January, surprising us all considering the time of year and off grid location it was erected. The structure and craftmanship is exceptional to the point contractors have made comments regarding such. Joe communicated throughout the process and was spot on with his completion timeline. Dynamite stands behind their work and they have done an amazing job. We are looking forward to making many memories is our off-grid paradise. I highly recommend Joe and Dynamite Builders for any of your future construction needs.

Dynamite Builders recently built three interconnected projects for us: a shed, a deck, and a pavilion over the deck. We are delighted with how they turned out. We can say without reservation that Dynamite Builders is far and away the best construction company we have worked with. From the git-go, Joe Lapp showed respect for our design ideas, while offering great ideas and feedback of his own. We came together very quickly on a plan for the projects. The construction schedule was developed well in advance; they never overpromised anything, and whenever a slight delay occurred, there was always a good reason. Communication is important in projects like these, and Joe always responded to our texts and calls promptly and informatively. As for the construction itself, it was awesome. The crew is highly skilled and worked diligently to make sure every project they built met with our approval. The crew not only did terrific work, they’re polite, responsible, and fun to be around. For quality of work, plus affordability, Dynamite Builders cannot be beat in the Great Falls area.
