We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Baessler Homes. We purchased a new build from them trusting that, as advertised, all inspections had been completed and that the home was safe and truly move-in ready. I also want to include, that when we did our walk-through of our townhome, my husband mentioned radon, and the staff member assured us we would not need to worry about that since we did not have a basement.A few years later, as we began preparing to sell our home, we conducted radon testing and were shocked to learn that the levels were extremely high. What made this even more upsetting is that we started our family in this home. Learning that our children were living in and exposed to these conditions has been incredibly discouraging and emotional for us. We were informed that the radon levels detected were equivalent to the radiation exposure of roughly 200 chest X-rays per year, which is deeply concerning.This discovery, years after purchase, has significantly impacted our trust and sense of security in the home we believed was built with our safety in mind. We strongly encourage anyone considering building or purchasing with Bassler Homes to proceed with caution and to conduct their own independent inspections and environmental testing even with new builds that are stated to be fully inspected.Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would tell any new buyer to buy with caution.
We could not be happier with our experience with this builder. The entire team has been amazing, supportive, and truly goes above and beyond. When we had an issue, they had someone at our home within an hour—on a Friday evening before the holidays—and immediately fixed it, even though it wasn’t urgent. That level of care and responsiveness speaks volumes. Every single person we’ve met on the team has been fantastic, professional, and incredibly helpful. We are extremely happy with our choice and would absolutely recommend them to anyone building a home
I have never had an experience with BesslerHomes. This review is regarding the kindness by someone from your company. I know it's been a few weeks, but I wanted to shout out to the driver of one of by your employees driving a Bessler truck.I was sitting at a stop light when a homeless man hard on his bike fell. Someone from your company stopped and helped the man up and took care of the situation.Thank you, it's good to know there are good people still out there.

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance with the home buying process. Baessler was incredible every step of the way! There were there any time I needed help, were supportive of everything I was looking for, and made the entire experience super comfortable. I appreciated their willingness to be up front and share information about each and every piece of the home and the buying process. Their team worked hard to make the closing process as smooth as possible and it definitely was! I love the quality and cleanliness of my home. I was enamored at how great they were in the closing, even pulling out a red carpet to walk up to!
