Poor craftsmanship, buy people off to keep them quiet for a fraction of the cost of repairs they should be doing. Will damage your property and then tell you its your responsibility to fix.

Journey Homes/J&J Construction have been great to work with so far. Heather at Journey Homes helped with our closing, went to bat when the lender was dragging their feet, professional, direct, polite, had here dates and numbers together, has offered help outside of closing with any issues in the new house...can't say enough about how impressed and thankful we are for all their help!!
Pretty amazing experience with Journey Homes AND J&J Construction...we had a window issue and they were on it like that day...no questions asked, came straight over and got the window secured. Answered any questions we had and went on about the day...

Heather Cantrell was amazing on closing day! We would still be waiting to close if it had not been for her tenacity and hard work! Journey homes and J&J construction have been extremely responsive to all our questions. Even minor issues with the house have been addressed immediately and we moved in on New Year’s Day. We didn’t have to wait long for someone to show up.
