The stunning custom cabinetry exceeded my expectations! The product quality and service were A+ , 5?? rating.Zach the designer was very receptive to our concept and changes in design along the way. Cabinetry fit like a glove, even though Zach never was on site! All done with measurements taken a couple months prior to install. We had a brief office meeting and the rest of our communications were via email. His knowledge of custom cabinetry was apparent and very appreciated by us novices.The installation team of Kyle and Cameron were meticulous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Besides that they were very personable and willing to answer questions we had about adjusting doors/drawer.
We just completed a build in Fall 2022 with C&C. It's been over a year-long engagement that we have cherished every minute of and are sad to see end, though they've made it very clear they'll continue to be there for us for many years to come. From the time we broke ground to now moving in, our build took just under 7 months. With recent worker and supply chain shortages, we found this extremely impressive. We connected with C&C in summer 2021 after buying our lot and Googling "custom home builders green bay." Their site was very well done. Their portfolio was stunning. And we liked how many services (i.e., drafting, painting, cabinetry and millwork) were in-house. Kyle, one of the draftsmen, was quick to follow up with us. We hit it off with him quickly and he demonstrated a wealth of creativity and skill in designing our dream home. We'd brought him some plan ideas we'd found online. He combed through every detail to find out exactly what we liked about those plans, what we didn't like, and other wishlist items that we needed worked in. In turn, he designed a very stylish and efficient 5-bedroom ranch to accommodate our growing family. Updates to our plan were made quickly and the autonomy and software C&C has in the drafting process was crucial. We didn't have to wait days for an offsite architect somewhere to make a bunch of little changes on their computer. We were part of an ongoing conversation and got to see edits in real-time.Dave Cavil, the co-owner, was warm, knowledgeable, and very involved in the process. You can tell he puts a lot of care into his work, his clients, and wouldn't want his name on anything he couldn't personally be proud of.We were assigned a project coordinator, Adam, who left no stones unturned and kept us moving full-steam ahead. He has an insane amount of industry knowledge and doesn't shy away from sharing his opinion. If he thinks there's a better way to do something or a better place to put something, he'll tell you. His acute perspective probably saved us from a mountain of regret. He also made sure we never felt in the dark about anything. Adam was constantly communicating with us and always made himself available when we needed him.As a customer, C&C's positive reputation is so evident while working with all their amazing subcontractors. From the plumber to the electrician to the fixture salespeople, everyone made us feel like a priority and were SO helpful as a result of decades-long relationships with C&C. The respect they have for one another trickled down and made every decision easy for us. For example, the appliance manager went out of their way to provide us loaners for backordered items to ensure we had a complete kitchen upon move-in. It was a level of service we know we wouldn't have gotten if we'd gone with "any" builder.All in all, you seriously can't get any better than C&C. This is a team that knows what they're doing, and does it better than anyone else. You see it not just in the service you get but also the final product. The custom cabinets are perfect. The details are immaculate. Everything is top-of-the-line. If you're going to invest the time, money and energy into making a custom home a reality for you, you want it done right. C&C goes above and beyond to make that happen.
