Mike is the General but knows all the details and ALWAYS want things to be done the right way; no short cuts.

Lisa is incredibly organized and acts in a design capacity as well with terrific taste. We always wanted to know what would Lisa do?

We have built several homes in the past and this is the first time we actually felt that the builder was working with us towards our common goal and not trying to optimize his revenue.

TCD built our dream home and if we ever build another home, our first call will be to TCD. We were lucky to find them.

Since moving into our new home in March 2024, my wife and I have come to genuinely appreciate how fortunate we were to have TCD Homes as our builder. We were initially drawn to TCD after attending Showcase of Homes events in 2022 and 2023 where we consistently chose the TCD entries as our top selections for design, creative details, and overall build quality. What we later learned was there were so many other reasons to classify TCD as the best of the best.

The passion the TDC team brought to our project, their structured and tightly managed processes, and most important, the mutual respect they share with their suppliers and subcontractors produces extraordinary results. From Mike’s thorough knowledge and experience in every aspect of home building, to Lisa’s expert guidance on design decisions, to Zane’s on-site project management, we could not have asked for more professional and accommodating partners to work with.

If you are considering building, we highly recommend reaching out to TCD. They completed our home on time, on budget and exceeded our expectations. You just cannot do any better than that!

TCD Homes builds the best house in the area, hands down. From the time you meet Mike and Lisa, you can tell how much they pay attention to every detail. There wasn’t one headache throughout the entire building process. It was on-time, actually a little ahead of schedule, and exactly what we discussed for price. There aren't any surprises, it is all laid out so I knew what to expect. This is my second house with TCD in past ten years. In between, I built a house in Brookfield with local contractors from there, it was the worst experience and very poor craftsmanship. I was so glad to be back in the area to have TCD build this house!

We have worked with Mike and Lisa on two homes, one a major remodel and a second that was a tear down and new build. I can’t speak highly enough about both experiences. Both projects were finished ahead of schedule and under our original budgets. The entire process was transparent and seamless. Mike, Lisa and the entire TCD Team are fully engaged, quick to respond and thorough in addressing anything. They give great design suggestions but always give the customer the flexibility to build to fit their own style. TCD works with top notch subs who do very high quality work. The follow-up after project completion is also outstanding. Brad was our lead contractor and he is urgent and thorough at all times. Mike and Lisa are so fun and enjoyable to work with - you will be extremely happy with TCD!
