We had a home built with America’s home place last year and had an excellent experience. Tommy was our project manager and was always easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns. Any issues or mistakes in the home plan were always quickly fixed and without any issue. We did a few upgrades from the base plan such as upgrading the exterior walls to 2x6’s and having the interior walls and second story floor insulated to reduce noise. Both of these upgrades seemed very reasonably priced.

From idea, to drawing, to designing, to selecting all of the fixtures, to groundbreaking, to building and finishing our home, it ALL went great. From every single person in the office to our great project manager to all of the trade partners I have to give kudos, two thumbs up and five stars. Because of all of AHP’s Greensboro staff the process was enjoyable and easy. Communication was excellent. Our questions were always answered. Any changes or adjustments in the plan and build that we wanted to make along the way were accommodated without issue. The office staff and our project manager advised us well along the way. It was comforting to know that whatever we were told they would do they did and in fact they went way beyond expectation many, many times. The bottom line is the AHP staff were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, friendly and there with us every step of the way. In the end we gained a whole office of friends and we would not hesitate to use AHP of Greensboro again. Building a home is the biggest thing you will ever do in life. You can fully trust this major life event with America’s Home Place.
From start to finish the process with Americas Home Place exceeded our expectations. We had our initial visit with Alex to view the plans. Alex was super friendly and patient. The next step was meeting with Krista to customize our plans, which we loved. Krista was very efficient and knowledgeable. She helped us create the best plan to accommodate our financial and living needs. After we established a plan we moved onto building where Tommy took over and became our main contact and project manager. With any build you of course run into unforeseen difficulties along the way, but Tommy went above and beyond to make everything was as smooth as possible. No matter the issue Tommy problem solved and completed the task. We’re so proud of our new home and would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to build.
Outstanding group of people!! Easy to talk to, easy to work with, accommodating and understanding! Got started on my house and moved fast, good workmanship, hard working contractors and all were willing to make accommodations when needed. Tommy is the MAN!! Kept things moving, always willing to meet me at the house to discuss issues and always available for a text or phone call. Would definitely go with AHP again!
America's Home Place could not have satisfied my desire for a more beautiful house more than they did. The process from start to finish was seamless. Brad, who helped us design our house was amazing and knows his job very well. He was able to "get" inside my head and know what I wanted and needed to achieve my goals in my home. Tommy builds a great house and was able to answer any and all questions I had. Any questions we had were always answered in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend America's Home Place to anyone that wants to build a home.
