Still have issues with my floor contacted him my kitchen floor sounds like I live in a country mill His response was I’m not putting no more money in the house. I upgraded the hardwood floors. He said welcome to North Carolina. Thank you Tony Johnson. Yeah he had video when the floor man come over here and I had video two behind his back with the problems. We were having on the floor in the kitchen and he told me to file a claim but my insurance company and I have it all on video then he told me he’s not putting no more money at his house when I pay for the house end out a shame he had nothing but a liar come to belews landing stop at 2:40. I will take you around the whole neighborhood that you talk to homeowners with Tony Johnson? The man installed my heat pump said Tony does not know how to build a sealed house anybody want to come by my house they’re welcome to hear me and my neighbors.
M&J Developers has been a pleasure to work with. We're about two weeks from moving into our new custom home and the building experience has been outstanding. I can't recommend M&J enough. Joe, Cori, and Erick made the whole process easy, they answered all our questions and concerns and provided all the upgrades and changes we asked for. A true custom home. Highly recommended!
My husband and I began our search for our retirement dream home about a year ago. We soon became very disheartened by all the new construction homes we toured. Everything we looked at was so bland…no character, no special touches, no wow factor…until we came across an M&J home. We could tell right away the craftsmanship and attention to detail was clearly superior to anything we had seen thus far. I wrote down their number from their construction sign and gave them a call. (We hadn’t considered having our home built for many reasons….we thought it would cost too much, it’s too stressful, I don’t know anything about the build process.) When Joe returned my phone call that same day, he suggested we walk through other homes they had built in the area to get an idea and feel for what we wanted. We did and each home we toured was equally impressive. These were only spec homes, but each one felt like a custom build. M&J bring the wow factor to every home they build and we knew we wanted them to build our home.From the first time we sat down with Joe and Eric to discuss our design they made us feel valued as a client and comfortable with their process. Their experience in home design and build was evident through our discussions with them and eliminated any stress we may have had going in. They made the process fun and enjoyable.Working with Cori for all our selection meetings was such a joy. She plays a vital role in keeping us on schedule during the build and we appreciated all her help and input throughout.Mike, our superintendent, kept the build on schedule and kept us informed on a weekly basis of everything going on with our project. Communication is critical during a home build and Mike delivered every step of the way.We have just moved into our home and couldn’t be happier. It’s everything we wanted and more! The entire team at M&J are truly outstanding professionals and we are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with them on our build.
Recently built our dream home. The process was relatively smooth and the end result was even better than we could have hoped for. Joe, Cori and Mike went beyond expectations and ensured all of our issues and questions were addressed. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality custom home.
They did a good job at my house. There was some unexpected increase in price due to bad land they foundBut they were willing to work it out with me.They let me make alot of changes to my house plan.I had a issue after closing and they send the plumberWithin one hour and fixed the situation for me.My house turned out really nice.They send me to pick my granite, my bathroom tilesMy light fixtures.Good builders and they know what they are doing.My team included Cori, Joey and Eric and all of themPaid attention to what I told them.Everything was how it was supposed to be.It was built a little later then what I expected but Covid contributed alot to that and the bad soil which they found also.
