I have a very unique and most pleasant experience worth sharing.

While residing in Greensboro, NC, I came across Wolfe Homes for window replacement at my residence. This is when I discovered Wolfe Homes and met Alex Wolfe. Alex was hired for the job and his attention to detail was exemplary!

In 2019, I moved to Western NC (180-west of Greensboro). I am in search of a quality builder/contractor for window replacement, which there a few in our area. My wife said..."too bad Wolfe Homes isn't in our area." As I long shot, I called Wolfe Homes and spoke with Doug Arms. I shared my prior experience with Alex and asked if they would consider taking on our job. The conversation could have easily ended with we do not service this area; however, this is not what I experienced.

Doug Arms has been in contact with me over the last several weeks trying to come up with a solution for my job. Ultimately, he found an alternative contractor to assist me. Further, Doug requested that I keep him apprised of the process. It is very apparent that Doug (Wolfe Homes) truly cares for their clients, both new and existing. In today's environment this is a unique culture, especially in the building trades.

There is an old saying..."you get what you pay for". If I still resided in Wolfe Homes trade area, I would only consider one builder/contractor for any job knowing it would be completed correctly.

In closing, I thank both Alex Wolfe and Doug Arms for their assistance and for treating me like a valued client.

We have lived in our home for 29 years and decided it was time to WOW up the kitchen. We knew immediately that we would have Wolfe Homes do the work. The process took 3 months and it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

We are grateful to have found Wolfe Homes. We have discovered that finding contractors to do small projects and do them well is not an easy task. Thankfully Jordan helped us renew multiple cedar post and now they look even better than they did when we built our home. We are blown away at how good the post look, considering we were not even giving this option when building with another contractor. The precision that was made to ensure all holes and cracks were filled - the time and effort taken to sand each and every area- and the painting, so perfectly painted with not one drop on anything else. No complaining, no half jobs, just precision and completeness. Communication is also excellent. We will not be using anyone else for our home construction projects. Thank you Wolfe homes! Wolfe Homes has been a delight to work with over the last 4 years in 2 different homes. Their home maintenance division is excellent and so convenient. Wolfe just completed a renovation of our current home, and we couldn't be happier. Their work ethic, honesty, great attention to detail, cost transparency, and quality of work is outstanding. Kyle Gassoway, Jordan Perez, and their crews are the best. We highly recommend using them for both remodeling and home maintenance.
