Absolutely wonderful builders. The entire Stone Creek Building team is attentive to details, creative with design, communicative and caring. Their quality of product delivery and knowledge base on construction is paramount. Mark has certainly put together an incredible team with great results.

You just can't argue with the results! We embarked on a year-and-a-half long journey with Stone Creek for a full custom build that included demolition of an existing house (technically a remodel), navigating Portland's permitting process, and crafting our new forever home. What I can say about Ali, Mark, Daisy, April, Felica, and the whole crew is that they are incredibly dedicated to ensuring their client is happy; you can tell it means a lot to them. No one builds a house from scratch without a few bumps in the road, surprises along the way, differences of opinion, etc. But at the end of the day, you want a relationship with your builder that ensures you'll find the creative solutions and compromises that get the job done. That's what Stone Creek can provide. And, of course, it helps that the final result is a gorgeous house that you get to call your own. How do you write a google review on a company who completely changed your life? My Wife and I went through a massive life change by buying the family farm. But this place needed a massive renovation. We needed Stonecreek.

We brought Mark and his company along with us for the ride. From the moment we shook his hand in our driveway and starting discussing our dreams, we knew he was the right fit for what we were were trying to accomplish. He was honest and friendly and did exact what he said he’d do, never wavering. When he asked us how we found him, we were happy to tell him that we fell in love with the style of who’s been designing some of his past builds. He glowed… and introduced us to his daughter Daisy.

Daisy helped my Wife put the same touches on our dream home as she had done for so many other clients. I’m confident that Mark and company build solid homes, but Daisy’s style and vision was what drew us to their website and convinced us to partner with them for this journey.

Then he introduced us to the project manager Ali. Again, the stars kept lining up for us. Ali was so organized and kept everyone on schedule (including me, hahaha). She would always take our calls and hear us out. She was full of great advice and kept us from spending every dollar we had saved for this dream. She caught things on a level that I still can’t comprehend. She was definitely playing this game at a high level.

Along the way we got to meet the entire Stonecreek team. We spent lots of time with them at the different phases of the project and each became part of our extended family.

Sascha was responsible for destroying our entire home and doing all the digging with her massive Cat excavator. But she did it with precision, making it look easy. It was so fun to watch her display her dominance in her art.

Tim, her husband was so cool, even though he had to work on our house during the heat of the summer. He worked the machines like he’s been doing it his whole life. Super nice guy, and he did so much for us along our journey, keeping the project rolling right along.

April did all the billing and was on top of her stuff. The billing was transparent and it was done so accurately we were astounded. She never missed a beat leaving you to know that this company had every aspect of the process mastered.

We worked with Felicia on picking out finishes and dialing in the kitchen design. She took the time to ensure my Wife kept within our budget, but keeping that style and look that we desired.

The Stonecreek team doesn’t stop here though… they have surrounded themselves with some serious talent with their sub contractors.

Brandon drew up the plans after many preliminary meetings and was instrumental in growing this projects leg’s. He gave us the open floor plan we wanted but kept the other spaces dialed in.

Bear electric had an amazing team, Brandon and Brad, they were straight electrical wizards.

Joe Gash… the finish carpenter. There aren’t words to describe the way this guy chopped up the trim like a wood ninja. He left lasting details on our home that will be something we talk about for the rest of our lives!

Not to be left out, the foundation and flat work crew. The framers, the plumbers, the team who installed our new septic system, the sheet rockers, painters and the HVAC crew. Everyone was true craftsmen at every stage, ensuring the Stonecreek name was well represented.

Would I hire Stonecreek for another project? YES!! A matter of fact, I wish I could buy another farm, just so I can relive that experience again.
