The builder's agent; Jennifer Benelli is an absolute dream to work with and made the experience for my buyer and myself smooth throughout the whole purchasing process! Tyler in customer service was also amazing , and took his time and was thoughtful during the final walk with my client!

Overall the staff at Vineyards at Blue Pearl have great communication and a superb customer service - which is so vital for a successful transaction. I really appreciated working with such professionalism from start to closing! Definitely worthy of a a 5 star rating!!

The inspection was very smooth with the home inspector only finding a few very minor issues. The whole buying experience was easy for my clients and Jennifer made it top notch.
