Derek was always available for questions and consultations and his attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Derek was recommended to us by our realtor. We were impressed from the start. He was friendly, knowledgeable and it was clear he knew what he was doing.

His estimate and breakdown of the project were very detailed and covered many things we had overlooked.

He helped us plan the design and gave many helpful suggestions. He made the process easy and did excellent work.

He overhauled and reconfigured our main bath, replaced all toilets, redid a ceiling and installed some doors and door frames.

The costs were fair and well worth the investment. We are looking forward to working with him again.

Derek stepped in when another contractor fell through, and it was absolutely the best thing that could have happened. We feel blessed to have found a contractor that listened to what we wanted and who is as picky as we are. Derek does great work, and he works hard to achieve whatever your vision is. We are equally happy with the subs he brought in, and the end result really speaks for itself. Derek was able to transform a dated and inefficient house into a bright and warm home that is wonderfully functional for our family. Renovating sucks, which is why it is so important to find a contractor that knows what they are doing. You can't go wrong with Derek.
