We purchased our home from Gemini Homes in October 2024 and moved in June 2025. Our home was ready on time and with very minimal deficiencies. We have been extremely impressed with our whole experience with Gemini from our design selection process right through to taking care of small items after closing. The whole team has been a pleasure to work with and we couldn't say enough good things about the team, from their sales representative, to their construction team, to their customer care. We moved into the quiet quaint South River Elora subdivision this past summer (2025) and are very pleased with the quality cabinetry, interior finishes and layout of this home. It is the Marten model and includes ample storage with 2 cloak closets and pantry on the main floor and walk-in closets in each of the three bedrooms upstairs. The 8 and 9 foot ceilings are an added bonus and it feels very bright due to the many oversized windows. We also quite enjoy our large covered front porch. Our move-in was seamless - all our questions answered, clean, and Great customer service!
