Reviews

What customers say

Positive reviews praise the building process and project staff; one homebuilding customer singled out the lead designer's support at every step. One garage customer reported peeling siding and a steel-roof leak within six months; after a month without a repair visit, the customer said they fixed the roof and siding themselves. Another customer said project-manager communication was lacking, they had to deal with subcontractors and an inspector, and the job was completed three months later than originally scheduled.

Project Manager's communication skills are lacking. We had to consistantly deal with the sub trades and inspector. Job was finished to quote (after some clarifications) but 3 months later than originally scheduled.

From the moment I called for a quote, JonesCo Builders, got straight to the point, let me know what I needed to get started, and we got the ball rolling once the permit was approved, took them a few weeks to go from slab to structure, took about 2+ months to get everything A 1 because not everything goes according to plan but even then they wasted no time and were right on it, I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's serious about building a garage, mine is a 24x24x11 shell tight, and as I said these guys were great right down to budget, THIS ISN'T A FAKE REVIEW!!! JonesCo Builders did what apparently no one else could do for me, and I loves my garage ????????????????????????????

Had a garage built this summer. Not even 6 months later the siding is peeling off one side, and the steel roof has a leak near the corner (the roofer didn’t install double side tape on end piece properly)there was a 2mm air gap over the edge piece that needed to be sealed. I was told multiple times by Randy that they would come fix it when they are done the job they are on now. A month later and still no show. I had to fix the roof and siding myself and redo my drywall and insulation in the front right corner. Edit*** originally I gave them out three star review, but I have updated to one star review. I’ve attached the email from the owner. They are trying to say the roof leak is my fault. The roof is leaking when I haven’t even had my solar installed yet Lol. attached pictures of my roof for proof. This leak actually delayed my solar install. I emailed you 10 times to fix this over 2 weeks. It leaked REALLY bad when snow built up and melted off. I guess I should have been able to see that in August??? I’m not removing my review. I’ve fixed the obvious roof mistake myself. Read the last line where he threatens to sue me because he did a bad job building my garage.

Our experience with JonesCo Builders was a very positive one. They did an amazing job of taking our visions and turning them into our dream home that far exceeded all of our expectations! Their Lead designer Shay, was fantastic to work with and was there for us at every step of the process. We were so grateful to have her. Our Project Manager Mark and Lead Carpenter Eric, were also great to work with. They were both extremely professional and quick to answer any questions we had along the way. We would highly recommend the JonesCo team to anyone looking to build a new home. Scott & Sarah

We just had a 24 x 24 garage built and the process from start to finish was great and very easy. Even their workers/third party contractors were great to deal with. We really enjoyed having a project manager as well (Randy). The entire project for us as the customer was worry free and the result is perfect and excellent quality. If we ever build anything else we would use Jones Co again.
