Hamilton Homes

We first spoke with Dave and Kristina four years ago when we started looking for lots. To our good fortune, the perfect lot appeared in 2024 and we were so happy to find out Hamilton Homes was the builder! The Hamilton Team helped us address our needs and worked above and beyond to make our requests come true. They gave us advice and options to help us stay within our budget. Even after moving in, they've continued to be open and responsive, since this is our first home. During a brief issue with DTE this winter Dave even offered to bring a generator over, which was very kind. We're extremely grateful to have built our forever-home with Hamilton Homes. Extra thanks to Dave, Kristina, Mike and Nino! We appreciate all the help you've given! ~ David and Katerina (Hidden River Estates)

We had an amazing experience with Hamilton Homes! Kristina was phenomenal from the moment we looked at the model and throughout the process with selections and many changes to the purchase order summary! Truly appreciated all of Dave's involvement from the first meeting all the way to our final key ceremony. He went above and beyond at every step and allowed us to add custom options to make the house truly ours. Nino was the best project manager, answering our many questions, keeping us fully updated on progress, and addressing any items very timely, he's highly knowledgeable and very patient. Amazing communication from the entire team and loved popping in to see the progress as it was built. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. If you want a home of your dreams, done right, Dave Hamilton is your man!

Building with Hamilton Homes has been an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Dave, Nino, Mike, and Kristina were not only professional but genuinely enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. Anytime we had a question, Dave and his team responded promptly and with clear, thoughtful answers. It’s obvious that they truly love what they do, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’ll love your forever home just as much.

We had such a great experience building our home with Hamilton Homes. From the very beginning, Dave (the Owner), Mike (our Project Manager), and Kristina (Sales Manager) were professional, easy to work with, and always willing to go the extra mile. The most impressive part is that we were living in Virginia while building in Michigan. Doing something this big from a distance could have been stressful, but the team made it simple. Mike kept us updated every step of the way, Kristina helped us make the right selections without pressure, and Dave’s commitment to quality really shows in the finished home. Even from far away, we always felt confident things were being done right, and the results speak for themselves. We’re so glad we chose Hamilton Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Working with everyone at Hamilton including Kristina, Nino, and Dave was amazing. They were incredibly easy to work with and always willing to listen to our ideas, even though we were working with a spec home in the final few months of construction. Even when we requested changes that seemed too late to do so, they handled everything with professionalism, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would recommend Hamilton Homes to anyone looking for a builder who delivers quality, care, and exceptional service at every step in the process.
